This is a nice 46-year-old boat. The seller can no longer use it as he is traveling quite a bit for work, and you need more time than money when it comes to sail boating. 

The seller bought the boat in South Carolina in 2021, sailed it down to Florida and cruised it mainly on the east coast at first and then moved it to LaBelle where they did some west coast sailing. In December of 2024 it was brought up the coast and placed into storage, so she has been on the hard for a while now. 

The sellers' job has gotten in his way of enjoying the boat the way he had wanted, and he is eagerly wanting to sell it to someone who can put a little work into it and enjoy it. This boat is an outstanding bargain, but she will require some sweat equity on the buyers end. .. if you are a buyer wanting less sweat equity I have other, more expensive boats on the market. 

Onboard is a plastic file with all the work completed. If you are serious about the boat you may check it out at that time. It stays onboard - NO exceptions. 

The seller wants a fast sale. And this boat is priced for a fast sale. Again this is a nice 46 year old boat.. But it is a 46 year old boat...  If you prefer a 4- to 6-year-old boat and could afford it, I can help you in that aspect as well. 

There are 4 Sails onboard. A Furling Main, A Furling Genoa and two sails that I could not be sure, as I do not think the seller used them in the short time he operated the boat. The standing rigging and running rigging where reportedly all replaced in 2018. There are several winches and one noted winch handle. The two main winches, 2ea. Lewmar 30ST's one on Port and one on Starboard. Action works, but are probably due for service.
