The boat is Currently in storage. It was cruised recently but the seller have purchased a new Catamaran. Some items are placed in a storage unit next door. It should be noted there is currently no Outboard with the dinghy. It is being sold with the Sailboat. If a outboard is being used a Florida Title and Registration will be required (which there currently is none) 

This is not a distress sale. The boat is an aggressively priced 38-200 simply because the sellers do not wish to be two boat owners. They are very open to reasonable offers, but would love for the boat to go to someone who would use it for personal use and use the boat and take care of it the way they had before they purchased a new boat.

Being on the hard is a nice advantage. The boat is very solid under foot everywhere a walked around. We had several inches of rain the day before boarding I noticed no water intrusion at that time. Keel Bolts and Nuts Look Brand New. The bottom could use another coat of bottom paint or two which is no problem where it sits. It is very smooth, there are no notable blisters and it would require very little sanding. 

The boat is due for some Air Conditioning maintenance and if serious cruising is planned the standing rigging is 12 years old. Running rigging is workable, some is newer, some is older. The engine is super clean and was running like a champ at it's last use under regular RPM's.. It will run hot under max RPM's, may need a new water pump. 

Many newer features are noted in NOTABLE FEATURES. The seller produced some recent cruising pictures and include about the first one dozen photos. Current pictures are in storage and are the majority of pictures shown.
