1996 Regulator 23 Center Console

     New to the market is this Flag Blue 1996 Regulator 23 Classic Center console with hard top. The boat was repowered in 2019 with a new Yamaha F300 4 stroke outboard with just 186 hours. The boat has been fully re-wired and the batteries moved from the stern to the center console. Two new batteries installed in 2026. The GPS/Radar have a separate battery installed also. 2024 saw a new helm and full service and very little use after that. 

     The Regulator 23 Center Console is renowned for its reliable performance and strong power, making it a favorite choice for avid offshore fisherman. The deep-vee hull design ensures a smooth dry ride even in less-than-optimal offshore conditions. Its plays larger than a 23-foot center console with lots of room to move around and plenty of storage.
