The air conditioning is ice cold and that is brand new. The boats bottom gets cleaned monthly. The bilge and engine are super clean for a 25 year old boat. 

Former owners have owned the boat for 12 years. The dock that this boat is located at is Transferable (no live aboard living) and incredibly inexpensive. You will need the okay from the docks current owner, it is not my dock to rent to you.
